Basic terms for using IPDO IP lookups and browser-based connectivity tests.

The service

IPDO provides IP geolocation, network attribution, network-type and public risk-signal lookups, along with common-site connectivity tests initiated by your browser. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of data-source, network, or maintenance conditions.

Informational results

IP location, ASN ownership, residential or hosting classification, native status, and security signals come from public or third-party data and may be inaccurate, delayed, or missing. Scores and labels are aids to interpretation, not guarantees of safety, anonymity, residential status, or service availability. Do not rely on a single result as the sole basis for a consequential security, compliance, or commercial decision.

Acceptable use

You must follow applicable law and must not use the service for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, evade access restrictions, or violate another party's rights. Browser-based connectivity tests connect directly to target websites, and your use must also follow those sites' rules.

Lookup results may depend on external data services. Their availability, content, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. A link on this site does not mean IPDO endorses third-party content or services.

Changes and liability

The operator may update, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of data completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
